Refund policy
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All products purchased from Excesu may be returned, provided that the user communicates their intention to return the purchased product(s) within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Personalized products cannot be returned.
- Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged as they are clearance items.
- Orders placed using promotional codes cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Size exchanges are completely free of charge.
We will allow changes as long as stock is available. If stock is unavailable, a refund may be made, taking into account the following two alternatives to choose from:
- Receive a refund in the form of a coupon to be spent on the website for the amount of the garment in question.
- As a second alternative, you can cover part of the return costs (8€), which will be deducted from the refund made to the payment method used once we receive the garment.
For either option, you must contact us via email, provided that the garments are in perfect condition and have not been worn.

Delivery times are estimates only. Although we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to remote destinations cannot always be guaranteed within the specified shipping time frame.
Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
